The brief was to profile a strong and simple building, maximising tenancies for two anchor tenants - a small supermarket and cafe/restaurant. Featuring black pre-cast panels, cedar and batten detailing this design compliments it’s surrounding landscape.

Blake Landing is a residential intensification development based in Mount Maunganui. Setting a new housing movement in 2013, this 20 multi-unit plan features 3-level townhouses with 3 bedrooms and is surrounded by convenient amenities. Selling out within weeks of hitting the market, this development provides investment properties with a high rental return.
