Bask
Townhouse design · Mount Maunganui, Tauranga
Bask is a development of 23 townhouses in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. Three layouts provide different living arrangements, with downsizers a key part of the brief.
The design makes use of a compact coastal site close to the beach. Repeated building bays distinguish the homes along the street, with the layouts developed around the space available to each dwelling.
