Lockerbie Retirement Pavilion is an approximately 1,000-square-metre shared facility in Morrinsville, Waikato. It includes a library, bar, café, pool and theatre for residents, families and visitors.
Linked pitched-roof buildings surround landscaped outdoor areas. Broad windows and sheltered edges connect the activities inside with the gardens and make the main entrance easy to identify.
