Whiore Avenue is a commercial base-build development for four trade tenancies at The Lakes, Tauranga. The brief required the building area and parking to work within a prominent corner site.
A simple shed form covers the tenancies, with separate business frontages facing the shared parking area. The consistent roofline connects the units across the site.
