Taurikura is a bulk-goods retail development in Tauriko, Tauranga. The brief brings together retail floor area, parking, storage height and space for tenant signage.
A broad shed structure and sloping façade canopy accommodate those requirements. Recessed shopfronts face the forecourt, with planting dividing parts of the parking and arrival areas.
