Apartment design · Ponsonby, Auckland
The Ponsonby apartment design occupies a narrow urban frontage in Auckland. Living spaces are stacked above a more open ground level, with balconies recessed into the façade.
Dark frames outline the upper floors. The balcony depth separates the apartments from the street while allowing the building to retain a compact footprint.
