Chadwick, Greerton, Tauranga

Chadwick is a residential design in Greerton, Tauranga, with homes grouped around landscaped access. Pale lower walls contrast with darker upper levels.

The buildings are set at different depths along the approach. These changes distinguish the homes and create spaces for planting between their entrances and the shared access area.
