Mooreland House, Tauranga
Apartment design · Tauranga
Mooreland House is an apartment design on a corner site in Tauranga. Projecting balconies and vertical divisions break up the building’s long elevations.
The two street frontages use the same contrasting finishes, with the arrangement of balconies changing around the corner. This reduces the length of uninterrupted wall and distinguishes the individual apartments within the larger building.
