Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui
Mixed-use residential and commercial design · Mount Maunganui, Tauranga
This mixed-use design on Maunganui Road in Mount Maunganui combines apartments, offices, retail and hospitality spaces. Glazed commercial tenancies face the footpath at the base of the corner building.
Pale walls and dark vertical frames distinguish the upper levels. The open ground-floor frontage gives the businesses street visibility, while deeper openings separate the spaces above from the public edge.
