The Strand

The Strand combines hospitality and office uses on a waterfront corner in Tauranga. The client’s brief was to replace an existing building with premises suited to a long-term hospitality tenant.
Concrete frames, large windows and black detailing define the exterior. The glazed lower frontage opens the commercial spaces towards the footpath and waterfront.
