Lakewood
Townhouse design · Cambridge, Waikato
Lakewood is a development of three-storey townhouses overlooking Lake Te Koo Utu in central Cambridge, Waikato. Designed for Black & Orange, the brief includes private outdoor space and internal garaging on an elevated site near the town centre.
Gabled forms divide the frontage into individual homes. Recessed balconies, broad windows and contrasting cladding face the lake and surrounding landscape.
