Townhouse design · Greerton, Tauranga
Waimapu is a housing design in Greerton, Tauranga. Pitched-roof homes are grouped within an established residential neighbourhood, with shared access between them.
Light walls and dark roofs repeat across the dwellings. The site layout separates the homes and provides space for planting around the common approach.
