Waihi Whangamata Road, Whiritoa
Residential house design · Whiritoa, Coromandel
This house on Waihi Whangamata Road in Whiritoa, Coromandel is a long, low pavilion facing an open garden. Solid end walls frame a broad glazed centre.
The roof projects over the garden-facing edge to provide shelter. The arrangement keeps the main outlook open while enclosing the ends of the house against the wooded backdrop.
