Totara Street is an office hub for a construction company on a corner site in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. The brief called for a straightforward building that made effective use of the available space.
Precast concrete panels contrast with black aluminium cladding. Glazed sections face the streets and distinguish the offices from the more enclosed parts of the building.
