Tenth Ave, Avenues, Tauranga

Tenth Avenue is a townhouse design in Tauranga’s Avenues. Warm-toned walls and dark vertical screens face the street, with entrances set back into the buildings.

The screens add privacy around the openings. Planting along the frontage separates the homes from the footpath and continues between the recessed entries.
