Sea View Road, Otumoetai, Tauranga

This house on Sea View Road in Otumoetai, Tauranga steps with the changing site levels. Low roof forms and broad windows sit behind substantial boundary walls.

The landscaping follows the same changes in level. Setbacks between the walls, glazing and roof edges divide the frontage into smaller sections facing the street.
