Pitau Road
Townhouse design · Mount Maunganui, Tauranga
Pitau Road is a four-bedroom townhouse design in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. Developed with a local residential developer, the brief uses brick screening as a central feature.
The brickwork adds texture around dark recessed windows. Connected building forms enclose access and garden spaces behind the street frontage.
