Philips Drive is a four-bedroom home on a gently sloping rural site in Oropi, Tauranga. The design uses two gabled forms based on the shape of a barn.
White Celcrete contrasts with black-stained cedar and dark roof detailing. A recessed entrance sits between the gables, approached through the garden. Atrium Homes built the house, with engineering by E3 Consultants.
