Parnell Terraces, Parnell, Auckland

Parnell Terraces is a townhouse design in Parnell, Auckland. Repeated residential bays face the street, with warm masonry tones, dark screens and balconies set back from the façade.

Individual entrances and planted boundaries distinguish the homes at ground level. The screens and balcony recesses add privacy between the living spaces and the footpath.
