Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga

This Oceanbeach Road townhouse design in Mount Maunganui uses slender building forms and tall glazing along the street. Deep vertical frames distinguish the homes.

The lower levels are recessed behind the main façade. Planted boundaries follow the entrances, separating the approach to each home from the public frontage.
