Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga

This Oceanbeach Road residential design in Mount Maunganui places a pale upper level above a darker, recessed ground floor. The contrast gives the compact building a distinct outline from the street.

Boundary walls and planting enclose the front garden. Setbacks between the upper and lower levels add depth to the façade and shelter parts of the ground-floor edge.
