Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga
Townhouse design · Mount Maunganui, Tauranga
The Oceanbeach Road townhouse design in Mount Maunganui uses deep frames and changing setbacks along its street frontage. Windows sit behind the outer walls, with planting below.
Light and dark finishes distinguish the building sections. The staggered arrangement gives the homes separate frontages while keeping a continuous garden edge along the street.
