Miro Street, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga

This Miro Street townhouse design in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga uses slender, multi-level building forms along a long frontage. Dark frames outline the dwellings, with warmer finishes around the openings.

The lower levels are recessed behind planted boundaries. These setbacks distinguish the entrances and give the repeated buildings more depth at street level.
