Aged-care design
Ōmāio Age Care uses gabled roofs and warm wall finishes to divide a larger care building into smaller sections. A marked entrance faces a shared arrival area.
Landscaped outdoor spaces run beside the building. The roof shapes and changes in frontage reduce the length of uninterrupted wall around the care setting.
