Lockerbie Lifestyle Village
Community pavilion design · Morrinsville, Waikato
Lockerbie Lifestyle Village is a shared village building in Morrinsville, Waikato. Pitched roofs, warm wall finishes and large windows give the pavilion a scale familiar to the surrounding homes.
Sheltered edges open towards landscaped outdoor areas. The linked building forms accommodate a communal setting while avoiding a single large, uninterrupted frontage.
