Kingsland Terrace, Kingsland, Auckland

Kingsland Terrace is a townhouse design in Kingsland, Auckland. Tall frames mark out the individual homes along the street, with windows set back behind the outer face of the building.

Light and dark finishes distinguish the dwellings without changing the repeated building form. Planted front boundaries separate the entrances from the footpath and add privacy at ground level.
