Hayes Ave, Greerton, Tauranga

This Hayes Avenue townhouse design occupies a corner in Greerton, Tauranga. Connected two-level homes use contrasting wall finishes and recessed openings along the frontage.

Planting runs around the site boundary. The setbacks and material changes mark out individual homes while retaining consistent building heights across the corner.
