Golf Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga

Golf Road is a residential design in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga. Dark upper walls sit above a lighter ground floor, with windows and the entrance recessed into the frontage.

Planting and boundary walls provide separation from the street. Changes in wall depth create sheltered openings and prevent the two levels from appearing as one flat elevation.
