Fourth Ave, Avenues, Tauranga

Fourth Avenue is a residential development design in Tauranga’s Avenues. Warm-toned masonry and dark vertical divisions frame a central access space between the buildings.

Planting follows the approach and lower levels. The arrangement places the shared access within the development, with the residential buildings forming its edges.
