Coast Homes - Duplex Papamoa Beach
Duplex house design · Papamoa Beach, Tauranga
The Coast Homes duplex in Papamoa Beach pairs two homes beneath a consistent roofline. Recessed entrances, different wall finishes and separate planted frontages identify each dwelling.
The design retains the same basic building form across the pair. Changes at the entries and street boundaries give each home its own approach.
