Bureta Park Village, Vale Street, Otumoetai, Tauranga

Bureta Park Village is a townhouse design on Vale Street in Otumoetai, Tauranga. Residential blocks are arranged along landscaped frontages, with balconies and contrasting finishes dividing the elevations.

Planting occupies the spaces between the buildings and the street. The repeated balcony openings distinguish individual homes within the larger development.
